Hello everybody,
I was on a phone call when the mobile phone charging ran out and turned off, after recharging, I turned on the phone but it did not recognize the SIM card and also the WiFi does not turn on! Please help me with this.
Thanks

Hi @Ali1989. Please try a Soft Reset. This doesn't delete anything from your phone, it fixes any minor issues that may be occurring. To do this, hold the 'Power' button and the 'Volume Down' button, both together for ten seconds and your phone will restart. Does this fix the issue?

I'm also having the same issue. My SIM stopped being recognised (I tried my SIM in a different Samsung S8 and the SIM worked fine, also tried a different SIM in my A50 and same issue it does not get recognised). So this means no data access. I can't turn the WIFI on either, the switch will automatically turn back to 'off' state when I try to turn it on.
I did a network reset and it wasn't fixed.
I cannot factory reset because it needs WIFI. This is very annoying!!
