Galaxy A42 5G android 13

Hi there. 

I heard that android 13 released back in January.

I tried back then but did not get the update. 

Any idea why? 

Any help is much appreciated.

@Romanian_1: The Galaxy A42 5G launched with Android 10, and is compatible up to Android 12, which is the latest version. With this in mind, Android 13 will not be made available for this model.

Hi, sansung A51 is a older version also launched with android 10 but it was already updated. 

O have several galaxys in the family 5 in total and i cannot understand this.

Starting to be open on new mobile vendor and exploring alternatives...

So the A42 model lasted only for 2 updated softwares??... I would say it's rather a fraud or scam made by Samsung. Really unfair! actually my company released an important application that I need for work, and for security measures it was cancelled on Android 12 mobiles. I can't use it anymore. I was waiting for the updated android version that was announced. It seems it was released already in South Korea in December 2022, after that: nothing. really unprofessional and disappointing
