Hi there. I wanted to buy an old Galaxy A34 (8GB /256GB) but i have some technical questions that I wanted to ask and find out:
1. Does the main and ultrawide cameras have a shutter button (to take photos) whilst recording a video in
1080p 60?
4K 30?
4K 60?
Does the selfie camera allow you to do those as well?
2. Can I switch to a different video recording format (e.g. 4K 30 to 1080p 60) on-the-fly?
3. Is there an "HDR" option in the camera settings?
4. Has there been any quality of life camera updates in the past few updates?
Or...do i get the newer Galaxy A35 for those aforementioned features? Or an older S23-series phone instead?

S23 too expensive.
Maybe S22

The S22 is not for me. It is two year old and in my region it comes with the inferior Exynos chips.

It may be £370 but the condition is always questionable.

Not all phones these day are heavy (heavier) and wide (wider) than last years device apart from Samsung.
Perhaps for the sake of being "modern" or "premium" or "better build quality" in my opinion Samsung unnecessarily put glass in the front and back (which are prone for breaking even with a strong case), a wider body which for the life me i don't know why and still put an anciently slow 25w in their devices. I know if a device is slow or fast in charging. It's written in the small print and in my 14 years of using Android phones.
This company simply never listens to their customers.

If you have used Android phones and various others in the last 15 years...
You would realize that using a faster 45w charger on a phone that can only charge for 25w is pretty useless?
You don't have to be a engineer to realize glass breaks easily when it falls from a certain height?
Some people do care if a newer model is wider/taller/heavier. What is the point of it? To be more "premium"?All these incremental "changes" may mean we will come to a point in history that no one will be able to hold or even lift a phone easily.
If Samsung do listens then tell me why 1. Still put 25w slow charging? 2. Why make phones wider/taller/heavier than last year? 3. Why still no vertical app scrolling? 4. Why remove the fast charging brick? 5. Why no pre-applied screen protector? 6. Why still put Exynos chips with low battery capacity? 7. Why still no better way to hide apps (Yes...Secure Lock can be better but Hyper OS and Nothing OS does this best)? 8. Why is the sky blue?
You see I could go on about this. Updates seem faster than any other Android OEMs. The questions we need to be asking is not just how fast the updates but the quality and usefullness of the updates.
That's my 2 cents.
