galaxy A34 has freezed and shut off multiple times, wont turn on again anymore. Doesnt heat up while charging, how to fix?

My Galaxy A34 5g has been acting very strange. Im not sure if this is a software or hardware related issue. The phone has freezed and crashed, and its a struggle to turn it on again, this time seems to be the nail in the coffin for it, as it wont turn on at all. The phone doesn't heat up while charging which is pretty concerning.

Ive tried basic troubleshooting, eg. holding volume down or up plus power, holding the button for minutes on end, charging it for hours to no success, help would be appreciated!

That does sound quite unusual. Have you tried connecting your phone to a computer or laptop via a cable, to see if your phone switches on? If this doesn't help, I'd definitely advise arranging an inspection for your phone:
