Galaxy A14 issues

If anyone else has a galaxy a14 or have had the same issues can I get some advice? The only way I can explain it is randomly my phone will just stop working completely, I have no way to unlock it, restart it or turn it off because it doesn't register my fingerprint or tells me the pattern is incorrect when I know 100% it isn't. My partner reckons it might be a software issue since the phone is newly released however I just wanted to see if anyone else has had similar issues. Thanks!


Update: I sent that phone back and got a new one the issue was resolved however I don't know if this is to do with that I've dropped it a few times, but sometimes this phone won't register I'm typing, but other than that, the whole unlocking isn't an issue

2 phones in 3 days..1st one powered up and asked for 4 digit code..0000 was not right, 1234 was not right..call customer service..initially told I must have entered a 4 digit code...which was impossible, as the phone would open until a 4 digit code was entered.
2nd phone opened and after 3 minutes restarted, and asked for the mystery 4digit code..no one knows...so Tesco mobile have 2 phones to collect..both with the same issue, as experienced by many others it would appear.

yup im having the same issues, i completely locked myself out of my phone the day i got it so i factory reset the phone and set it up again, 24 hours later the incorrect pin issues happened again, i restarted my phone and it worked again. 

i bought the phone through tesco mobile so ill be taking it back to see if they can do anything.

hold the power and the volume down button until the phone goes off that sould reset it if the phone isnt locked, if it is locked then immediately press power and volume up to get the factory reset settings

My 2 day old A14 5G does not give me 5G. It's turned on and I've updated with my network provider. Any ideas as to why I can't get 5G ?

Same here, my phone has completely decided to lock me out. I was using it and i closed it, put it on the table, come back and it wouldnt let me in. Please help as im freaking out🙏

Best Solution : hold power and Volume up and down together simultanously and after seconds everything will be reloaded again

Yeah I experience this issue too. I had to format the phone using Google find my phone app

  • I got this device back in June or July I contacted Samsung just a few days later as I purchased it from my phone company. To be honest I have got home Samsung devices for the best I'm going to say 10 years or longer never had this much go  bad. Very first thing I noticed is it's very slow. I also noticed sound quality is terrible. My phone service is also not good at all I really have no choice As I Am low income and I have to get what Metro by t-mobile has at the time. I'm very upset with myself and I have no idea how to get the receipt I already called 611 and they said I should have got it in a text message I'm just very disappointed over all of this device I would never put this review or either comment the if it was not true. Oh and another big huge issue is the battery it takes forever to charge.

I'm having trouble with my a14 samsung when I turn it on it comes up no network connection and then says the phone is offline why does this keep happening each day
