Galaxy a13 poor network signal

I got an Galaxy a13 and noticed that the network signal reception is much weaker than my previous mobile phone. Indoors, I used to have the signal at the maximum level and now I have only one bar, with the a13. I've tried numerous tips but none work. Someone with the same problem?

You could try the Samsung Band Selection which is an app in the Playstore.

A piece of information I picked up from a person who is a mast engineer is " Phones do not latch onto the strongest signal.They follow the network assigned procedure, hence why it's not uncommon to be connected to a weaker signal than is strictly available "

I've had problems with my signal for a while now,I decided to put in a second sim in the tray. Even though the second sim isn't registered it gave me full signal. Been fine ever since.
