Galaxy A11 update issue

I got an update last night .after wards my swipe, auto correct, predictive word will not work. I have googled and done every thing but nothing is working. Help please this pecking is driving me crazy. I have restarted. Cleared data cleared cache everything is on but nothing works still.

if this is Samsung keyboard

head to settings → apps → Samsung keyboard → storage → clear data

then restart your phone

retry 

head to phone settings → general management → Samsung keyboard settings → please ensure all are in place
