@599aq Hello, the first possibility of moving the app to external storage will be found in: Search for the app in question/eg.Telegram/, in Storage you will get the option to move it to external storage.
2 Option. Not all apps are designed to be installed on external storage. You can try an option in Developer Options, which can force apps to be installed on SD card.
To activate Developer Options go to Settings / About phone / Software information / Build number. Click 7 times on it and you will see that you will get the message -Developer options activated. Go back and in Settings, below everything, observe that this Developer options. Look for the option Force allow applications in external storage.

Hi @599aq ,
In order to be able to do this, the developers need to explicitly make their apps available to move to the SD card. Also If the app handles a certain type of background data, runs as a service, or utilizes an account, the app will not fully function from an SD card, which is why you may not be able any of them.

@599aq As others have explained whilst it is possible to run some apps from an SD card then are limitations. Personally I would not particularly recommend it anyway as apps will load slower, compared to internal storage.
