Flight Mode

My Grandad's phone - A04s - is always in Flight Mode. We thought he'd done it by accident and we took the option from the scroll down bit so he's only able to do it through Settings. He has Alzheimer's so it's highly unlikely he does this (he doesn't use his phone much as it is). Help?!

What I would do is go to

They will be able to support on device.

The reason I say this is that it is not totally clear what could be causing it to go into flight mode.
