I do now. But it's been doing it way before I put the camera protectors on.

Yeah. I have stated in my post it's only when I'm using flash this appears

I've seen this effect on Note20U and many users were complaining of it. Apparently it was a design problem.

Yes, could be that the material of the lenses is too glary. No matter how much I cleaned or if I took the lenses protector off, I still had this awful glare.
