Fingerprint

Hi,

I've given my son my A51 and have set it up using Google family link. We have added fingerprints, but the only way we can unlock is with a pin. I have gone into the biometrics and clicked to use fingerprints, this led me to login as the parent to authorise, but it still won't unlock using fingerprint. Any help gratefully received 😊
