Admin please help
Ahead of Samsung cloud data being deleted I'm downloading photos from samsung account onto laptop. In Gallery there were 3 files...I downloaded file no.1 but ( after I had a quick look on laptop to locate download and check I could see some photos ) the Samsung cloud screen now only displays file numbers 1 and 2...so number 3 has disappeared! No 1 shows correct status of download complete. I can see no 2 but no 3 is no longer there.
Please help
