I am having trouble listening to downloaded music on my Galaxy A52. My downloads don't appear in the Music app, and if I try to transfer them out of the download folder there is no option to drop them into any other selected folder. Am I being really stupid?

Options
Long press on the music file to select it. Then press move to at the bottom of the screen. You should then see all the folders in your internal memory. Select one to move the file to.
