Hi, I can't open my phone and get this error window. How can I exit from this. Pls help

First of all thanks for feedback.
I have been experiencing this problem for about 4 hours. The model of the phone is "Samsung Galaxy A03".

Thanks for the quick response @XXmiXX . Have you installed anything from outside the phone Settings or the Google Play Store or Galaxy Store?

Is the message still displaying if you restart the phone?

No only whatsapp and normal calls. The phone was in a bag and when I took it out I was faced with this image. Yes the message still displaying.
