My email has stopped working despite deleting all emails emptying recycling bin and deleting photos off phone not sure what else to do?

I'm assuming your using BT / EE broadband at home.....

From BT Help Pages ...

Verify your email settings.

Check for server issues on the BT Service Status page.

Clear cache and cookies, then restart your browser / device.

Disable browser extensions temporarily.

Try accessing your email account using a different browser / device.

Reset your password.

Contact BT Support for further assistance.

Hello @sjblacky and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋 

I use btInternet.com for my emails and do myself occasionally experience hiccups. 

Personally I delete the email account from my Settings > Accounts and Backup > Re enter the email protocols > Soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On.
