Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy A53 5G. I've tried multiple methods of connecting earphones via the USB-C port, but all attempts have proven to be futile. Yes the plug in does make a little click sound so the port is not damaged. Sound continues to be played through the phone speakers, I've tried following youtube video guides, researching online. Nothing has helped. The model name is: SM-A536B/DS, serial number: RZCTA1VFGDY, software version is 5.1, Android version is 13. The earphones are these: https://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/mobile-accessories/phones/samsung-type-c-headphones-black-eo-ic100...

I request an urgent advice or tip or anything, because I am utterly hopeless. Thank you.

@Members_0WZgBMt: Have you tried connecting the headphones to another compatible device to see if they work as expected? This will help to determine if the issue lies with the A53 5G, or the headphones themselves. In the meantime, please take a look at the link below where you will find further troubleshooting steps.

Your earphones might be faulty or the charging port. Try that test again in safe mode and see if it works. Make sure you have latest software and if after all that it's not working then visit ur nearest authorised service centre or send it over to Samsung and they'll inspect it.

Your phone probably doesn't have a built in DAC,either does your earphones.
You need a set of earphone with a DAC or a phone with a DAC,or a DAC to plug between the earphones and phone.
This is a guess,I haven't checked the A54 specs.
