Why can't I open my downloads on my Samsung Galaxy A10. I am not very tech savvy

@Trici1112 Hi, what kind of file are you trying to open? Perhaps it is an unsupported format and cannot be opened without having the necessary application installed. Greetings.

@Trici1112 1.If it only happens with .pdf files, try clearing the cache of the app you use /? Acrobat for Samsung? /, Or the one that corresponds. For example: press and hold the icon of the Acrobat for Samsung app, you will see iboton, Click on it In Storage - clear cache and data and check again.
2. Try changing the web browser you use with another, download a .pdf file and check to open it.

@Trici1112: You also have the option of opening the Samsung Notes app (swipe up from your Home Screen > Samsung Notes), and tap the +PDF button on the landing page, next to the magnifying glass. From here, you should be able to select the .PDF file from your Downloads file in Internal Storage, and view it in the Notes app.
