Does the Galaxy A12 have 4G?

Can someone clear for me. I have a Samsung A12 phone. It only shoe 2G and 3G Does this phone have 4G.
I find it has very poor reception in places where others have very good reception.

Is the poor reception everywhere for you or just in certain areas? Which network is your A12 on?

Hi @Hoddyoddboots , Check in Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network mode. If 4G is available for your network in your location, then it should appear on that menu (usually it's listed as 'LTE') to select.
