Data warning notifications not being received

I have a Galaxy A9 (2018), and I have 4 GB of data monthly. I've set a data warning for when my usage reaches 3.5 GB, and I used 3.56 GB before finding out I didn't get a warning. I've tried force-stopping the Settings app to no avail. Is there any way I can fix this so I get the warning from now on?

You might need to change ur data warning setting and change the date you want it to reset ur data.

I increased the data warning and used my data until my usage surpassed the warning, and I reset the date, but no notification was sent.
