Complaint

Does anyone know how I can make an official complaint and get someone within Samsung to take ownership.

Phone is less than two months old and doesn't work.

I bought a phone for my son and the speaker is faulty, I have spent hours calling various departments to try and get resolved but no one is willing to help.

All they seem concerned about is the survey at the end of the call. 

I've been charged £19.95 convenience charge for an engineer to repair next day but was a 5 day wait, this has now been changed again and now expected to wait another week as no parts in stock.

How is that convenience???

Refuse to refund or replace handset and left with a phone that doesn't work. 

Customer service has been appalling and get nowhere. Its so frustrating. 

I have had to request a refund through my credit card company as im at my wits end.

Anyone know someone higher up within Samsung that I can contact?

This is Susan Again. I guess you can see after by my last text that this phone changes things on you and skips words and assumes things that don't make sense and it doesn't know how to punctuate or went to capitalize or not. I've had it!

My GFold 4 and my last GFold 3 is doing the same thing, not only dropping calls, but people say they cant hear me at times. People say I sound like I'm far away and I've gotten the message too out the blue and I have to restart my phone.

Hallo ich habe das gleiche Problem auch mit dem Lautsprecher, ich telefoniere und schreibe schon über zwei Monate und es kommt zu keiner Lösung. Ich bin auch total sauer ich bestelle nie wieder direkt bei Samsung.

I have a complaint against Microsoft_Google, they ar7e spoiling my telephone and Internet working by insisting on transferring my telephone numbers and ail addresses to their contact lists and trying to use their email address for me to a Google.com number, when I have had the same email address with Vodafone for 40 years. I feel they are trying to control the market place by using big brother tactics
