Chat messages

Hiya since updating my samsung galaxy a21s to the new software update the chat one chat messages have all of a sudden stopped working and then when i click on it in the message app it keeps telling me that registration has failed and i carnt figure out how to turn it back on thanx

On the messages app
Click the three Horizontal Dots
Top right
Click on settings - Chat settings
Check chat features enabled

I ave done that and it is still not working but it was all working before I did the last update

Hi I a problem with trying to get on to Netflix when I scan it keeps saying my tv is offline, but its switched on. I went to smart things to that app. A lot of people have this problem.

I'm having the same problem with the chat feature, it's was all working fine until I done the up date
