Galaxy A SeriesI accidentally allowed my laptop to access my phone when I plugged it into the USB port. I want to sever this connection since I don't want my work laptop automatically accessing my personal phone. I have attempted to remove the phone from the list of recognized USB devices, but now every time I connect to the laptop Windows automatically sets up my phone again. I want to stop this from happening. Basically, I want my laptop to forget my phone ever existed. Can someone help, since all I can find either thinks I want to establish a new connection (no, I'm trying to remove one), suggests that unplugging breaks the link (it doesn't, the connection setup again when I connect my phone again), or I'm using the Windows 10 phone syncing (I'm not).
