can't send outgoing texts !

Occasionally when I try to send bulk texts it crashes and I then can't send outgoing texts but get incoming.

This has happened numerous times over the years and TESCO can never say what's wrong.

I always end up getting new sim card and even a new phone during lockdown.

I've checked message centre number and it's correct.

Any other ideas pls. Thanks GALAXY A10

Some network's actively block bulk texts to stop unscrupulous companies using them to send out such texts under any relevant fair usage policy @toots
