Hello,
I am having a bit of an issue with Secure Folder, as whenever I try to create it, it just kicks me out saying: "If this keeps happening, contact customer service".
I know that Knox isn't tripped, I can freely access other Knox/Samsung apps, and I haven't rooted the phone at all. Even so, I can't get into Secure Folder at that.
I have a suspicion that this is related to the new OneUI 6.1 update, because people get the same error message when trying to uninstall Secure Folder in 6.1, but if it is, how would I be able to update Secure Folder if I can't create it (when the update comes of course)?
I have a Samsung Galaxy A15 5G, and I've been struggling with this for a while. Any help would be appreciated.
