Galaxy A SeriesHi
My son has an A42 which we have just done a factory reset on.
After powering the phone back on, it wants to do 2 factor authentication to send a code to this same phone, which we obviously can't access, of course. We never set up 2FA so we don't have any codes and it offers to send the 2FA code to a phone number which he no longer has (he uses it without a SIM card due to parental controls since he is young).
I don't understand how to resolve this.
Any help would be much appreciated !

Galaxy A SeriesI can understand how this will be frustrating for you.
I think you'll need to contact Samsung Support to have this looked at @Robert Long due to the security protocols are not meant to be circumvented.
