Can't access lock screen customisation settings ever since One UI 5.0 update

Title. I touch and hold on my lock screen, for it to load and say "Wallpaper and style keeps crashing". Sent a report to the devs but I can't even access the settings from the settings pane, as seen in the screenshot, nothing happens. Tried restarting my phone to force stopping the "Wallpaper and style" app but to no avail.

My too my galaxy a33 is still having the same problem...coz i can't change the ***** wallpaper, even using the search taggle on Instagram and Pinterest and even on many others many app still am strangle using some of the functions....

Changing my lockscreen wallpaper through the photos app brought me to the lockscreen customization screen. A dumb work around, but it worked for me. Good luck out there

Here's what worked for me. Keep trying to enter lock screen customisation. Either by long pressing the lock screen or through clicking edit in lock screen setting. At one point you will find message at the bottom of screen saying "app isn't working", and you have two options: close app and app info. This message won't stay longer.

Click on app info as app info as soon as you can and you will enter into app info of wallpaper and style. Then clear cache and storage. It starts working.

If you don't find this option, give break and keep trying. It really worked.
