Can not trade in

Hi I am trying to trade in my A05s on the website for the Galaxy S24 I whant to get some money off why can I not trade it in? I soon need a new phone

If your device is not in the list of eligible trade in devices you won't be able to trade in.

@StarWarsFan11   In any case the A05s  is a budget Device, you would not get much trade in if it was elegible.

I would recommend you search Google for recycling devices. I usually check comparison sites such as compareandrecycle.co.uk to get an idea of device value.

That did, I've just taken a quick look at the bigger companies and can't see any of them offering a price on your device.

I did see though on the Samsung website, selecting the S24 Ultra, that there is an option for Any Cracked Samsung Phone and is worth £100. Presumably you could take advantage of that trade in?

I don't believe it's for budget phones who are not listed. Phone itself costs 130£ from Samsung website don't think it's eligible for trade in due being "budget device"

"your device doesn't meet the eligibility criteria for their trade-in program, which could be due to factors like: the device not being a supported model"

The other option would be resell device and put money towards new s24.

I've seen before on several phone sites an "any other phone" type of setting as they want to clear stock
