can not remove sim or sd card from phone

hi 

i am trying to up grade my SD card but i cannot remove the tray from the slot is this common issue 

getting a bit fed up new i have been trying to do this for days now

Are you using the sim tray tool that's provided in your phone box? Sometime's it can take a bit of pressure pushing the pin in for it to pop out. Make sure you are inserted the sim tray removal tool in the correct place and not a mic or speaker hole.

Are you definitely pushing the sim removal tool into the correct hole @Members_NpMlvO7 

On some phone's the mic hoke is very close to the actual sim tray pin hole.
