If any Samsung Galaxy phone doesn't open the camera, don't stress out. Most of the time it says Camera Warning.
:WHAT TO DO
1.First go the camera's app info
2.Click force stop
3.Then Restart your phone
For those who don't know, most of the time it happens to the phone after updating it, so its not a big threat to your phone.

If the steps already mentioned do not fix it:
Check Diagnostics to see if any issue identified, Samsung Members-Support -Diagnostics. An idea to try in Safe Mode (one of the methods in the link) as sometimes third party app can cause conflict, if camera is ok there would suggest recently installed Apps may be causing an issue.
However if still problem pull down the quick settings Menu and duble check if camera Access is turned on. Alternatively go to Settings-Apps-Camera and check permissions, ensure Camera is Allowed.
Another idea is to clear cache partition:
1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer , other Device or TV USB, Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.
A factory Reset is more of a last resort but may be needed.
However if issues persist an idea to send an Error Report, Samsung Members-Support-Send Feedback-Error Reports-Camera. Ensure that the system logs are forwarded. May need to contact support though. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/
