Callers cannot hear me on calls

I have a samsung a50 and suddenly people cannot hear me on phone calls.. I can hear them , my mic works as voice commands work.. I have tried loop test with *#0283# and I cannot hear my voice on the test.. I have hard reset etc.. updated to latest software .. but still not working.  I can take calls using headphones and on speakerphone..  any ideas??

When in your home screen, pull down the tool bar. Then select media. Then look at audio output. Mine was super low so I swiped it to the max and people could hear me better. I hope this helps!!

same with me, i just bought my samsung a32 few days ago , sometimes when i called someone they can't hear my voice , but i can hear them

Hi my samsung a32 is doing the same, did you get yours fixed, mines been back and forth samsung repair, and still not working.

I have a Samsung galaxy s9 and for some reason when I call people or receive calls I can hear them but they can't hear me. I have cleaned my microphone thats fine, I have looked at my volume settings thats fine, I've restarted my phone and I plugged headphones in port and removed it again. Any ideas?

I was IPhone user for 3 years. Swich to Samsung and this is what i get. My phone is Sumsung 22 plus one month old. Suddenly I can not hear the caller and they can't hear me, I tried everything but still not working . I'm glad I have my old IPhone to back me up.

Nobody can hear me on call on my A32 . I've restarted it. Even done system update. Still no joy. I've not dropped it or anything. Please can someone help
