@IamJai: All display related options can be found in Settings > Display, however if you wanted to test the display, please dial *#0*# into your telephone keypad. From here you can select Red, Green and Blue, with each option displaying the chosen colour in full screen. If you select 'Touch' you can also test the touch screen to ensure that it is fully operational. I hope this helps.
