@Candygirl1899: We are unaware of any wider call related issues with our A Series devices. Please can you confirm the model number of your phone, located in Settings > About phone?
In the meantime, as a possible workaround for your issue, please open the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Answering and ending calls > Press Volume up to answer calls (On) > Press Side buttons to end calls (On). This allow you to use the buttons on the side of your device to answer and end calls, and avoid any potential touch screen issues that you're experiencing.
