BUG IN THE LASTEST UPDATE

Come on Samsung, you have millions of phone users who now after the latest update can no longer answer phone calls or hang up after calls. That's if you're lucky enough to be able to actually unlock the phone, without have to restart the blessed thing! Come on get it sorted!

Thanks, but still not good enough, only fixes issues temporarily, a patch is required.

@Candygirl1899: We are unaware of any wider call related issues with our A Series devices. Please can you confirm the model number of your phone, located in Settings > About phone? 

In the meantime, as a possible workaround for your issue, please open the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Answering and ending calls > Press Volume up to answer calls (On) > Press Side buttons to end calls (On). This allow you to use the buttons on the side of your device to answer and end calls, and avoid any potential touch screen issues that you're experiencing.

If you go into to the support section on the Members App and report the issues there with as much information you can provide
