Bixby page

I have a Galaxy A6 smart phone. When I first got my phone,  I could flick the screen to the right onto the Bixby page. I know I don't have the Bixby voice,   but how do I get the page back?

On my phone I long press on a clear part of the screen and that will invoke a few things.

Swipe to the right and you'll see Samsung Daily which is the new option @janelily
