Updates are sent out in waves so not to overload the Samsung Servers @Sihxm
They are send out to eligibile phone's and are determined by the region , phone serial and build number.
Branded Samsung phone's i.e supplied by a Network can have a slightly different schedule due to the Networks wanting to test the update to ensure nothing conflicts with their network apps and features.
Hopefully you'll receive it at some point this month or January 2022.
