Possibly because updates are sent out in waves as not to crash the Samsung Servers @rabscottish

And updates are sent out in connection to the phone's serial and build number which is unique to each individual phone.

I'm sure your phone will receive the update soon.

You could also try Samsung Smartswitch.

I wish you all the best.  :smiling-face:

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

@rabscottish: Further to the above, if you wanted to attempt an update via Smart Switch on your home computer then, to begin with, please follow the link below, and click on 'How Do I Get Smart Switch On My PC or Mac' to download the relevant version.

https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-backup-my-smartphone-to-my-pc-or-mac/

Once installed, open Smart Switch, connect your phone using the USB cable that came packaged with the device, and look for an update prompt on the landing page, next to your device details.

The updates roll out in batches, one of your devices has probably not recieved it in its batch yet
