Android 11 for A10 update

I got a notification this morning telling me that the update has been pushed back to October. Why? When everything else seems to be getting an early update

@Kingfisher344: Updates can be pushed back if any issues are encountered through on going reviews of the software. I understand that this isn't ideal, but it's important to ensure that the update is ready to go.
