All apps and data disapeared after A54 ran out of battery

Hello

I need help. When on holiday in the UK at Xmas, my phone ran out of battery.

I came back and powered it and all my settings, apps and history were gone! As if I had done a factory reset. 

Actually I had my normal screen for about 3 seconds before my professional authentification process kicked in (PingID)..

Also I have all my Contacts (probably the SIM).

Anyone had similar trouble? Any solution please? thanks.

@Members_oSW6aHR: I'm not sure what might have caused this to happen, I'm afraid. When you powered on your device, did you have to run through a setup process, or did the phone boot straight to to the Home screen? While its a bit of a stretch, is 'Safe Mode' visible in the bottom left corner of the screen? Alternatively, if you swipe from the top of the screen to the bottom, is Maintenance mode activated? I'm not familiar with PingID, but you may wish to try uninstalling the app, then restarting your device to see if this helps.
