Hi, i cant screenshot on my fairly new A90 phone, i tried volume lower key and power key, tried the gesture palm swipe too.

@GinA90: As the feature isn't available for all apps and features, please try a screenshot on your Home Screen as a troubleshooting step. You should be able to do this by pressing the Volume Down and Bixby/Power buttons together. To double check if the screenshot was captured successfully, go to the Gallery app > Albums > Screenshots. Le me know how you get on.

Try a soft reboot by turning the phone off and on @GinA90 

 

Using the power button and volume key down option can be a little fiddly to hit them simultaneously.

 

Personally as my phone has the edge panels I prefer the Sofykey edge option to take screenshots.
