A71 Fingerprint Hangs before unlocking device

Does anyone have this issue where once a while, the phone hangs when you put in your fingerprint to unlock a Galaxy A71, and nothing happens, not even the green light or the always on screen. Its just black. Even when pressing the power button. after a second or two, the screen like turn on and sometimes they prompting to wait because of many wrong tries on the fingerprint. I have that. Anybody knows why?

Perhaps try deleting your current fingerprints and then re enter them @IHasOne

I tried and it still happens. Do you usually put in your fingerprint while the screen still black or, after the fingerprint logo appeared? I find it happens quite frequently when I straight guess the loctaion of the sensor and put on my fingerprint there while the screen still black.
