My new A70 uodated today and the predictive text has stopped working. Tried everything from the other threads but they are all about other models and not totally relevant. Please help!

. You simply need to reset/restore the app. And the way to do this is to go to the app settings and clear all data.
So go to Settings>General management>Language and input>On-screen keyboard>Samsung keyboard. Click About Samsung keyboard. Now click the i icon in the top right hand corner. Click Storage, at the bottom of the screen you will see 2 options > Clear Data and Clear Cache. You want to click on clear data. Once this is done, your app is now reset/restored. It will now work as normal.
When you got a major update, sometimes some files got corrupted so WE recommand you to make a Wipe Cache Partition after each major update. This does’nt affect any of your files but can improve your device’s performance and resolve many problems that could happen after a major update
To check how to make a Wipe Cache Partition on your device, just download this file and click on your device. You'll see the comment appear with the description on HOW TO.
If any error appears, please let me know, i will change it as soon as another user confirm it also.

If it doesn't work, I have no other solution except to reset your device after having saved your documents and files with Smart Switch
Hi i had same problem and deleting data did not work for me.
I changed my default language to English (AU) and this worked.
Samsung please fix this glich since last update 😕
