I was one of the lucky one's who got the chance to test samsungs mid range the A56.
Thank you again @Lucyc and @SocietyGirl for this great opportunity.

The A56 is the first samsung mid range phone I've used. I've got to say I'm very impressed with it's build quality and performance.

The A56 does the majority my S25 ultra can. Although the S25 has a more powerful processor. The Exynos 1580 is no slouch. Phone runs very smooth, I know many may not be so keen on the Exynos processors. Myself I'm impressed, I never really had issues with my previous samsung devices. My first with a snapdragon was the S23 Ultra. Do note I'm not one to play games on my devices.

I've certainly been playing games on the A56. Runs my old favourite game Temple run 2 fine. Yes, was one of my favourites years ago😆. I've also had some fun playing call of duty mobile. Which i was quite impressed with myself. I actually wasn't bad. I am a Nintendo switch owner, so I do play games. just havent really played games on my phones for years. Overall I felt that it run the game well. Just got a little warm which is to be expected.

Thought I would include the good guardians thermal guardian after playing for an hour. I'm not an expert gamer I'm also probably useless leaving feedback on gameplay. All I can say is I didn't have any issues with playing games on the A56. Didnt see any noticeable lag. Don't have a clue when it comes to frame rate. I own a switch after all😂 and even that hasn't been used for a good while. Im really not a gaming expert.

Camera

You are going to get some great captures with the A56.

Really does take some nice photos.

12MP Ultra-Wide Camera, 50MP Main Camera, 5MP Macro Camera, 12MP Front Camera.

More photos from the A56 in links.

Again I'm no photography expert. Mostly point and shoot. Im going to use the time I tested the Z flip6. Again another device that doesn't have the Ultra camera specs. While testing the Z flip6 I was really impressed with the photos it produced. As many might know I really liked the flip. The reason for bringing up the flip6 is, I captured a squirrel, and I was really impressed with the images. Now I didn't get the opportunity to capture this squirrel with the A56. I know the A56 is not the flip6. Just using this to compare samsungs flagship s25 Ultra cameras. Which is a device that is a lot more money. Im just saying I was happy with the less spec camera and thought the Z flip6 did great.

Both same garden and same distance. I would never of known difference if I didn't have these to compare by.

Again comparing you can tell which is the better photo. You also have to take into account the price difference with a mid range and high end. Either way the A56 still takes impressive photos and videos which many would be really happy with.

The display is a really nice super amoled with a 120Hz refresh rate. Have no trouble on sunny days. Looks more brighter then my S25 Ultra but that is down to the anti reflective screen protector I use. I have been using the A56 without one and also no case. I would recommend a case to provide extra grip. Phone is comfortable to use without one. It's not too heavy and isn't too thick.

NFC works great, no issues with Google pay. Plenty of customisation available with the good lock app. This phone may not have all the features, but it still has plenty to keep you busy. Including AI features.

5000mah Battery has been great for me. It also supports 45w fast charging, but no wireless charging.

Not used in the last few days, and forgot to power it down.

Had no trouble with Bluetooth, my buds 3 pro sounded good listening to music. Built in speakers sound good to me also.

Although I turned off chat features on my S25 Ultra before removing my sim. It never connected chat while my sim was in the A56. When I returned to the s25 Ultra chat features connected straight away. If I left it a few more days, it probably would have finally connected.

The A56 is a very capable phone, feels very premium for a mid range. Totally worth the price in my opinion.

I guess I really do just get lucky sometimes when I point and shoot and zoom if needed 😂. Agree also, there are many photos I've taken on the S25 ultra. Just point and shoot and to turn out to dissapoint. I remember when my mum purchased an A70, around the time I owned either the S10+ or Note 10+. Just wasn't for me back then. But the A56 is great.

I formally disagree chuck 😮 some people just have an eye for photography, recall my wedding photographer was luke warm but a freind of a freind gatecrashed but ***** his photos were awesome, he managed to catch all natural shots, moments with a simple DSLR vs team of photographers will lots of big lens and stuff.
