A54 5g

Hi everyone, my a54 is a week old and I decided to connect my Bluetooth headphones which work perfectly on my a53 previously but the sound is awful like a group of robots and very warbly!! Any ideas???? The headphones work perfectly on my tablet and old a53

Make sure you have updated the phone to the latest security patch and Google play/Samsung store updates and then try resetting the Bluetooth settings to see if that makes any difference. settings>general management>reset>reset WiFi and Bluetooth. Pls note this will also reset the WiFi settings as well as Bluetooth.

Which headphones are they @mk2baloo  ?

Do they have a standalone app 🤔 

I use the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Over-Ear Wireless Headphones,.which have their own standalone Bose app that has an eq. 

Also the phone has it's own settings in the Sounds and Vibration area. 

Try unpairing and then set them back up. 

Reset the headphones if possible too.
