I did some troubleshooting as the microphone has not been working for some of the keyboard inputs and Gemini since a few updates ago. I believe this is a software issue with the OS not recognizing Mic1 and Mic2 correctly(assigning both mics to mic2). I used "Device Care" phone diagnostics to test the microphone many times. I am under the impression that the lower mic should be mic1 and the upper should be mic2 (this is how my diagnosis is written). Either way, here is how I tested and the results. I would like to report a bug although don't know how.
Test 1 - Mic 1: Blew into lower mic back and forth, with no sound during playback
Test 1 - Mic2: Blew into the lower mic, back and forth, loud sound as if blowing directly into mic.
Test 2 - Mic1: Blew into upper mic back and forth, no sound during playback.
Test 2 - Mic2: Blew into upper mic back and forth, loud sound as if blowing directly into mic.

Oh, I also went through support channels and was advised to bring the phone to service center... Since both mics appear to be working physically, only possibly resolving to the same input on the OS, I would rather not get charge to change boards in phone and get charged for no resolution.
