A53 touchscreen unresponsive

Hey! A53 5G, Approx 3 years old. Updated to latest software but screen is not working. Currently using a mouse. Have restarted, launched in safe mode, cleared cache and finally factory reset and updated all software again. No drops or water damage. Original screen. Besides a few scratches on back, phone is immaculate. Any ideas, I've not been able to use gor a few months now and thought I would dig it out the drawer to do latest updates but to no avail!

Well the first is that your Google Play System is well out of dat, nearly a year now so you haven't fully updated it.

Also the could have a look at their diagnostics and digital wellbeing

Ultimately you may need to let a Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store have hands on https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/

Thank you. Yeah they said take it to a service centre but it's out of warranty

Then i would have it looked at somewhere local (it isn't serious as far as I'm aware)
