A53 camera / gallery save photos as JPEG not Heic

Hi - how do I turn off HEIC and or save pics I want to export to JPEG as my work laptop does not support HEIC?

In the camera app settings there is a option to reduce file size, if this is selected and blue, it is saved as HEIC not JPEG
