A53 5g ends calls

Why does my Samsung A53 5g phone suddenly ends my calls after seconds or 1-2 minutes. It was on display, end my screen was clean? What could be the reason?

Try resetting the network in General Management @1993RM

If that does not help then try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens.

If you can try another sim card in your phone.

If it does not happen everywhere then this could be a Network issue.

There is a diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App and a Samsung Service Centre can assess the phone.

I did the reset on the network and it helped at first, but now the problem is back. And in this moment it does not help at all. My calls end in a minute or less then a minute. I did try to swap the Sim card and the problem is still there. What should I do know?
