We have a Galaxy A32 5G which terminates telephone calls when the screen times out. We make one particular call where we can be on hold for up to an hour before the call is answered so extending the time on the time out screen is not applicable.This is really frustrating, can anybody help?

Call times depend on the provider you use. I'm on Three, for example, and I believe mine cuts out after two hours this cannot be changed, but you could speak to your provider(?) The only way around this is to use applications such as WhatsApp (for internet calling).
