Hi,
I did an OTA update on Samsung A52 (SM-A525F/DS). The phone has rebooted and as always after reboot you need to enter the PIN. I entered the correct PIN, the phone says it is incorrect.
The phone had a fingerprint entered. The phone is connected to WIFI. The phone rings when there is a SIM card in it.
I tried:
1. https://findmymobile.samsung.com/ - does not work, phone is not visible.
2. Find My Device - Google - - does not work phone is not visible.
3. I did wipe cache partition - didn't help
After wipe cache partition and reboot the message appears
[PDP]
Back-up: fail
setup-wizard [FINISH]
4. The phone connected to the PC is not visible
I can't factory reset because I have very important data there. I didn't have a backup of this data - I know my mistake.
I don't care about the device because I already bought a new one, I care about the data.
Does anyone know if the data stored in flash are encrypted?
It is unbelievable that the update changed the PIN to the phone.
Does anyone have any idea, contact to specialists or anything that will enable data recovery.
I have the original box, charger, bill, google account password, fingerprint
