The phone was perfectly fine 15-30 Minutes beforehand, I was going around in Costco with this phone and another phone in my pocket but the A52 5G's screen no longer works. The phone hasn't been dropped or anything like that, no water damage etc. The screen just randomly stopped working, the phone is responsive when plugged in and started to work at some point yesterday but then it froze and stopped working again. The phone backs up daily to Samsung cloud but as far as I know it doesn't get the files which are the most important thing for me. What should I do to solve this? Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

@n0stalgia: Please can you try pressing the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts? This will perform a Soft Reset, and address any temporary software issues that might be a contributing factor. Don't worry, this won't affect your personal data or settings.

If the screen remains unresponsive then please head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page, and check the 'Support' section to find the available contact channels, which you can use to reach out for further assistance.

Thank you for the help, unfortunately the Soft Reset didn't work and I'll try and see if I can use the support section to book the repair that Neo suggested above.

Unfortunately, something had broken down in the phone causing me to send it to Samsung for repair. They changed a lot of different parts of the phone but there was absolutely no sign of external damage which meant that it was simply the phone which had broken down and was covered by the warranty. I recommend you try and backup your phone before sending it to repair as the phone gets reset completely while being repaired.

Thanks, today is showing a static screen and not working at all, so I think it will be impossible to recover anything. 😔

You could try to use smart switch from a PC, I'm not 100% sure if it's going to work but it's probably worth a shot.
