How do i stop the vibrating everytime i get a message on whatsapp, messenger, instagram?

Hope you're doing well. You can adjust the notification settings by going into Settings > Notifications > Change your Notifications to All > Find and select the apps you want to change > Look through the options you want to change. Hope this helps.

nope. there is no options to turn off vibrations
